Order placed on october and up to now, i haven't received anything yet.
The customer service is lame, despite several mails, the only response i get is from a computer, automatic messages.
I have another issue with Beautybay regarding another order, in which an item is missing and is actually out of stock. I have payed for all the items but the last item hasn't been refunded despite the fact that it was never sent to me.
Will not order again.
