Ordered 2 Mumford and Sons tickets for 11 December. Christmas presents for 13 year olds. Knew others were going so needed seating in particular area. MADE THIS CLEAR
Promised I had bought the best seats, my girlfriend usually buys all our tickets so I am novice and believed Viagogo.
Bought for section 111 knowing others could watch the 13 year olds.
PAID £346.78 thought it was expensive but Viagogo said they were the best seats again.
Tickets arrived section 102 and further back than promised seating. FACE VALUE £32.50 ... so basically have been charged £142.72 for £32.50 tickets that are wrong. PLUS booking PLUS postage PLUS VAT
Spoke to Viagogo who wanted copies of the tickets. e-mailed them Thursday and they haven't even bothered to contact me. All e-mails since ignored, just wait and wait on phone line.
Can't send two 13 year olds to be on their own.
Tickets are not those ordered.
Viagogo sold these tickets with a Guarantee. So what is this guarantee worth?
NEVER AGAIN ... And I expect a solution.....
