The car park was approximately 20minutes from the airport. Upon arrival, there were no visible instructions regarding who to go to. I went into the pub at the front and the driver was called.
I was running slightly behind and was made feel like it was a big deal to have to bring me to the airport. I tipped the driver and he accepted. I felt that after paying 35EUR to park, I was spoken to as though I was causing great inconvenience.
One week later upon pick up, the driver gave out to me as I couldn't find his van. When we arrived back to the car park he asked me if I had paid (to which I had done in advance) and requested that I show my docket (which was somewhere in my suitcase)
In conclusion it is the duty of a car park company to (a) hold records of payment and (b) appreciate customer business.
