Product was amazing timing of dispatch wasn't good.

I ordered the product on Tuesday and Paid over £5 for next day special delivery realising that I wouldn't get it Wednesday but thought it would definately be Thursday as it was special delivery. I paid by BACS so payment was swift. I actually received it Friday and the items were for a wedding cake for the Saturday so had to stay up till 1.30am Saturday morning as I work full time which includes Saturday morning it was the only slot I had to complete the cake in time. The product was excellent and was well received by postage wasn't what I paid for.

Unfortunately, we're not always advised straight-away when a BACS payment has been made. Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, following notification.


We are currently monitoring BACS payments in an attempt to tie-in order dispatches more closely, and quickly, with cleared BACS payments received.
