terrible company, avoid them

Ordered my sons Chritmas present on the 26th Nov and heard nothing. After waiting two weeks I logged in and found my order canceled. No reason why and no refund. I will be contacting my credit card company to see what I can do. This is terrible service and maybe fraud. Be warned!
