Flowers orded for same day delivery but customer has never taken delivery of them, complaint raised by email no response so had to telephone eflorist on 2 occasions to find out what had gone wrong? still waiting for the florist to get back to eflorist to get answers. it is now day 3 and still no flowers.
I will not be using this service again and will be requesting a full refund
