I was told it'd be there next day, and only found out AFTER PAYMENT that the item I'd ordered wasn't in stock. I then got lots of emails telling me i could rearrange which are often useless by that point: noone can be bothered to go through all the competitors looking for the same product again, and pay again. It wasn't urgent so I could wait which I duly did. Of course, eventually after a week I had to call them and when I got through they said 'oh, the item's in stock now, we could send it tomorrow if you like?' leading me to wonder how long they'd have taken to send it otherwise.
Added to this there's all the usual pain of internet purchasing: hidden booking fees, inadequate product descriptions. The photo of the item I ordered on the website was a generic photo which didn't accurately describe the specific product I was purchasing. And the product itself is quite disappointing although this is probably my fault as I should have left the house and shopped for it properly. Lesson learned.
