Excellent level of service

I bought a rope light recently which arrived very promptly by courier. However there was a problem with the order. My telephone call was answered quickly and I was assured by Daniel that a replacement would be sent as soon as I telephoned with the receipt no. from the certificate of posting of my returned item. This was indeed the case and the replacement was delivered within 36 hours. The multi-colour rope light looks great on my house wall as part of our Xmas lights. Its nice to know that when they get it wrong they put it right quickly.
