Just when I was thinking couriers firms where apalling, a week ago I waited in all day
With a no show courier, from parcel monkey , I contacted them who said they'd get back to funny no one did, last night, I ordered a courier service from parcel hero
And you deserve the name you really do
UPS courier arrived very friendly and got my parcel a 35kg one at that without a complaint

Would use them again, I also had a promblem printing the label before hand emailed help who replied within five minutes with a link that woud work on my iPad super really is

By the way still waiting on my refund from parcel monkey, who said the courier had cancelled my collection date as it was a two man collection, thanks for telling me anyway

Royal Mail

Great friendly service

What can I say, but my local posties are brilliant cannot fault them , they go beyond
To get my parcels to me as they know I work and life close by so I never miss a parcel which is many lol
Unlike some couriers, Royal Mail go beyond what they get paid for
Keep up the good work very impressed
And wish my posties could deliver larger parcels I have been terribly let down with

My local hermes is good

When I sold on eBay, I always used my hermes and haven't had an problems
With them
Surprised they have such a terrible rating I must be one of the lucky ones

avoid

my company as been getting a delivery from them
every few months through another pet company , some of the couriers are brilliant and even ask where to you want it love
then there's the ones who don't care if they deliver it or not
swearing even when a load tipped over because he put to much on
today is the final day and i will make sure i know who is delivering my products here
as here is the best tale my parcels are 60lb in weight and i get about ten at a time
the courier leaves them with a church
now there's only one person on here whos a female no trolly etc not that makes a difference as its their JOB to deliver this to the right address
i called the pet company to get it delivered here , i get a cheeky courier at my door demanding to know how hard it is to get my order
so i call the pet firm who says they lied and we have it on the door to deliver to the church

Terrible and unhelpful

Just the other day I was waiting on boots and had paid extra to get them before
12, no show went round for lunch as I'm just seconds away, my <external link removed> postman knocks on my door saying there's the courier after 1sh when we got there, the courier had gone off, even after being told by my posty I was just around the corner

Still waiting on the boots so who knows if theyl manage to get here

NOW THEY'VE DONE IT AGAIN BOUGHT A GUINEA PIG CAGE
DAY OFF FROM <external link removed> IM LIKE @@@@@ it's yodel when I got the tracking info
Seemingly they tried to deliver yesterday no card left , today at 345pm I WAS IN no card left no buzzer buzzed
I called their customer services
Seemingly I'm not a high priority so their tracking information is a total
LIE, because I I was off daft me took down the old cage for the new on so my poor pigs are now in a large plastic tub
And it looks like I'm not getting this either like those boots
God these people I'm so @@@@angry

I have written to <external link removed> and the cage seller in no way am I ever buying from sellers or <external link removed> any company that uses yodel
Come on let's get back to good ole <external link removed> where you have your local posties

Reliable and great products

I ordered from amazon all the time, for all different kinds of items
The odd time I needed amazons customer help
They have been very fast and helpful eager to sort the problem

With my new kindle hd, I bought what I thought was a film turned out to be a
Game, they refunded me straight away even though it was me not
Reading the description fully

Delivery times are fast too normally especially if its Royal Mail
If its courier that's the only time it can get frustrating

On the whole I can't give it any less than five stars

Shocking customer service / no help at all

I ordered a laptop on the 1 of dec , to get delivered on the 3rd
Waited in all day called their customer service who said last del was 8 pm fair enough
No show , what's more frustrating I asked the Indian sounding lady if she could
Check if my laptop was on the van , she said yes she could , had to repeat my postcode as she couldn't understand finally we got there and the phone went dead , I'd been cut off no call back
Every since it's been a nightmare , I bought another laptop so I asked for a refund on the 4 th of dec , takes 7 working days ,,,when I called back to chase up my refund
Said they had put through a refund on the 10 th of dec ,, right still waiting on my money

It's really not what you need just weeks before christmas

Call centres a joke no help u get passed on to different departments ,
Get cut off too

Avoid them like the plague
Or just go to the shop

Which I won't ever do as I'm sick of the name Argos

Shocking service

Ordered a mobile and contracted from them on the 30 th of November ,
24 hour delivery promised still nothing
Checked and firstly they hadn't put the first line of our address ,
Thought we had sorted it , was getting re delivered ,
Tried calling again , making us wait longer
Our family are dealing with alot at the moment and this added stress is not what we need,
Getting passed on , not calling back when they should ,
All a nightmare fast enough to take the money , but they really don't give a dam
