THIS COMPANY JUST ANNOYS ME,WHY DO I HAVE TO SEND MY ID AND PROOF OF ADDRESS BEFORE MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED AND YET THEY TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO TWO OF MY FRIENDS AND I STILL WENT AHEAD TO ORDER WHICH WAS A VERY TERRIBLE MISTAKE. I AM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN,INSTEAD OF SENDING APOLOGIES TO PEOPLE WHY DONT YOU JUST TRY IN MAKING YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE BETTER. I JUST HOPE I GET MY ORDER THIS TIME AND THATS ME DONE.
