I placed my order online late one evening, early next morning they rang to say my item was unfortunately out of stock and wouldn't be back in stock for a while, would I like to cancel my order. I said as long as it came in when they said it would that was fine by me , and to continue with the order. We agreed they would ring me again if the item was delayed , but there was no need as the order and delivery went totally as planned.
I did appreciate the call and the option to cancel . Very good customer relations in my opinion .
