APPALLING

I wouldn't use this company if I were you. It may be reasonable but it's hit & miss whether you get your parcel collected. Time slot for collection is 8.00 till 22.00. Waited in for the whole time but my parcel wasn't collected. This is the second time this has happened to me. When I contacted them they said they cannot guarentee a collection!! So pay your money & play chance. I am now at work as have arranged to have it collected from here. Customer services at My Hermes requested an AM collection (but again couldn't guarantee it). Have they collected? No chance!!!!
