Good service, delivery charge bit much
Tiles in stock and arrived when requested. Good quality product at a great price. Reason lost a star is for the delivery charge bit too much for my liking, but apart from that would certainly use again.
Nightfreight
Pleasantly surprised!
Having never received a nightfreight delivery i was a little concerned by the reviews but the service we received was excellent. I rang to find out what time my parcel would be delivered, i could not get through (but to be fair it was just after 9am on a Monday!) someone who could not help answered and said he will get someone to call me back. 30mins later i received a call advising me of the time slot. The delivery turned up within the advertised time and the driver was helpful and pleasant.
My only critisism would be the lack of online tracking, should have taken a star off but its christmas and given the number of drops the delivery guys face, to keep in the allocated time was good work.
No longer scared if anything else should be sent through them.
