Take your money then cancel your booking

Please be careful booking with these. They tell you all the rules after they have taken a deposit. Then they say you have 4 weeks to book it and get deposits. Then you receive an email saying dont worry you can add people on at a later date but when you dont pay by the 4 weeks you find out actually you cant add anyone on at a later date and then they cancel your bookings.
I got offered a free hen place to start with and then go that taken away. Only through saying i wasnt going to book did i then get it offered back. I have sent 2 emails and have no reply in response to returning my deposits.
Book it yourself direct its much cheaper!!

We're sorry to hear you feel misinformed. However, we've looked at our communications and believe we've been transparent with you throughout the booking process.

You were emailed on the 1st February 2013 explaining your booking would be cancelled if you did not pay the minimum number of deposits required for your hen-do to go ahead.

Once our groups select their weekend, we have to take deposits to secure places on activities and accommodation and to ensure we don't let suppliers down. By not paying you are preventing other groups from being booked into these spaces so therefore we can only hold out for your group for so long.

You emailed us to say that you would pay, but didn't - so we had to cancel the booking. A month later you emailed asking to add people to the cancelled booking.

We are flexible with all our groups and allow additional hens or stags to join parties, providing there is activity and accommodation availability and only if the minimum amount of deposits are paid in the first place.

Rubbish!!!

Sent 6 parcels with them on a 48 hour courier and every parcel was late by 2-4 days. They could never tell me where the parcels were and only said to file a lost complaint or wait for them to arrive. I will never use them again!!

After a week waiting to find out where the parcel is, im still none the wiser! Yesterday i was told it should arrive today, so today when i check they still have no idea. Heres the chat:

Hayley: P2G11045806- someone told me this would be delivered yesterday or today. Its a week late and i want to make sure that it is still to be delivered today as the customer has just messaged me. I need someone to confirm where it is

Sarah: I'm extremely sorry about this situation. In order to resolve this, I need to contact the courier for you. I will do this now and as soon as they get back to us I'll be in touch via the e-mail provided on the order to keep you up to date.

Hayley: But i have been told everyday someone will get back to me and each time i have been given wrong information. I cant see any updates on the website either. Its really frustrating as you can imagine. Emailing the courier take another 24 hours i guess?

Sarah: The item has still not been scanned Hayley so i need to chase this with the courier im afraiod.

Hayley: So after a week of trying to sort this no-one still knows where this parcel is? It was supposed to be delivered last thursday and yesterday someone told me it would be there today so surely there is some information somewhere stating this?

Sarah: This is what the courier advised but the item still has not been scanned Hayley so I need to chase the courier

Hayley: This is unbeleiveable. So now i have to wait another day. This is ridiculus. I want the parcel sending back to me. Unlike parcels2go i appreciate my customers feedback and do what i can to sort it out first time. I need it sending back to me now and ill send it with royal mail.

Sarah: As the item has not been scanned I cannot arrange this i need to await an update from the courier and we will contact you.

Hayley: Really helpful! I will await your email....again!
