abysmal... shocking

Ordered new boots for a night out on 30th Nov paid for next day delivery. Hermes tracking site wasn’t working the nest day so I called customer services and they said it was out for delivery.. Waited and waited.. cleaned the flat, kept looking out the window... waited some more..... nearly died of boredom, then 7pm come round, nothing came. So had to go out wearing heels and it was soo cold :-( 

 

Called them Monday and they said sorry the Van was full!!! I was like fuming. They refunded the next day charge. Then changed the address to work which is literally 5 minutes from my flat. Waited till Thursday still not arrived. Called them again they said it took a day for them to change the courier!!! Why!! When it is 5 mins away. I called up again (4th time) and they gave me a free online delivery code 'Do you really think I am going to be ordering from you again...' was my reply. Er no. Anyhow i asked them to deliver it to my parents which is 10 minutes down the road on Friday as I was there all day. Did they come????? NO!!!! Not even attempted. So rang again and complained and said they will be there Monday (today) but as yet nothing. Very disappointed and annoyed with New Look, Terrible service will NEVER order again online. Tired of being told different things.

 

Still waiting to see what is happening......  Watch this space!
