The flowers were ordered on the internet and based on what was in the photo. They were delivered on time to the right funeral director. We were not present at the funeral but family informed us of a very pretty multicouloured cushion with gerbera daisies but neither the flowers nor the colours shown on your Internet site were therefore respected. This does not encourage the customer to come again as too big discrepancy between the internet photos and the reality. In fact there are no gerbera daisies in the photo on which we based our choice. That one flower may be not seasonal and a substitution necessary is understandable but this goes beyond this type of problem..
