Fantastic talking to someone who actually knows about what they are selling!

I went to originally buy a demijohn but after looking around the shop and talking to the sales lady I came away feeling very enthusiastic about making a variety of wines and other drinks. The knowledge and help given was fantastic. This company really knows what is what, and they have such a variety of beer, wine, jam making and other kits for the do it yourself enthusiast. A real little haven, in our wonderful city Norwich.
