They Do What They Say on the Tin
Only just joined but their terms and conditions seem to be quite clear and the application process was straightforward.
I can't comment on their claims service as I have not made a claim.
So far so good.
Dino PC
1 week after delivery and very happy
Before committing to an order I emailed Dino PC with a question about the Corsair SSD. Not only did they reply very quickly, but they offered to source an alternative make at the same price. So far so good.
I placed the Order and it duly arrived exactly 2 weeks later (within their stated timescale).
The PC was well packaged, and worked out of the box without a single hitch. A week later and everything seems to be running smoothly.
In summary, I have been impressed with the customer service, the delivery timescale, the end product and the price. Providing the PC stands the test of time (which I have no reason to doubt), I will definitely be back.
I for one, highly recommend Dino PC and will most certainly be back.
