i have been using hennie for about two years and the service has been excellent and very consistent. delivery is usually next day and the prices are on average the lowest out there although do your homework first!. the majority of the products in stock are of excellent quality and you can be sure that you will make a sensible purchase as reviews for products are published good or bad which will help make an informed decision. email response is fast and i feel friendly if you have any questions or have a problem with an item. i am so impressed with the level of customer service provided i just wish the big online retailers would follow suit. well done hennie keep up the good work :)
