You get what you pay for.

Don't go there mate.The MOT tester didn't turn up for work.
( After making a booking on line for 10AM I was phoned and told there was no tester available until 12 noon.I accepted the 12 noon booking. On arrival I was informed that the tester had not come in to work yet. At 12.30 I was informed that he still had not arrived or made contact at which time I left. So much for a cheap MOT test.

We do apologise for the inconvenience that has been caused.

Unfortunately it was one of those situations whereby the MOT tester was unavailable for personal reasons, nonetheless you as a customer should have been notified immediately and not left hanging around.

Will be chasing this with a regional manager to investigate.
