This last delivery that I booked through Interparcel was with City Link Next Day service.
The 4 packages were all collected as per my request with no problem.
The delivery however was not the next day as it actually took 3 days.
I contacted Interparcel by email on the evening of the first day when the packages failed to arrive.
I received a polite but not particularly helpfull reply the next morning.
When the packages failed to arrive that day I again contacted customer services, this time by phone and again received a polite response but with no real explanation as to what the problem was.
The following day the 4 packages finally arrived.
I once again e-mailed customer services advising then that the delivery had finally come through and could they please advise me of the exact cause of the delay and also
send any compensation that was due to me.
The response I received was a full refund of my initial courier cost.
