APPOINTMENT NOT CLEAR ENOUGH

IM ANNOYED I BOOKED A OIL CHANGE FOR THE MORNING SO I GOT THERE 11.45 WHICH IS STILL MORNING ONLY TO BE TOLD I SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE FOR 9 OCLOCK THERE WAS NO MENTION OF A TIME JUST MORNING THEY HAD MY MOBILE NUMBER BUT NO PHONE CALL .I WAS TOLD TO BRING IT BACK IN THE AFTER NOON BUT A BIT MORE INFORMATION WOULD HELP.

We do apologise for the inconvenience that has been caused.

The time slots allocated are AM or PM and we request that customers do come to the morning appointments early so we can accommodate for the Oil change.

We are working towards time slots, but currently do not offer those yet.
