My phone was fully working and in pretty good condition. I got a email saying it had been received and i will get £45 instead of £90 as it was faulty or defective. I knew myself this was wrong and rang them up asking for my phone back as i could get better money elsewhere. They then told me the problem was the memory card slot and they would test it again. 5 Minutes later i get a call saying the memory card slot was actually ok but due to excessive wear on all the sides back and screen then the offer would now be £76.50. Still i knew the condition to be better than they said and have used other companies before and they have never been this picky.
I did accept this offer in the end as it cost me £6.35 special delivery to post and didn't want to be having to do this again. I was recommended this site by a friend and it did give me the best "original price" in the comparison site but to make a couple of pound extra using these i actually ended up £12 down. Oh well you live and learn and the thing i have learned is to not use this company. On a plus side they did pay very quickly!!
I do believe this company should do better testing and not just rush a job as the operator tested it herself to be fully functional. The operator i spoke to was very helpful.
