What Order?

Order made online 1st December 2012 (knee wraps and lifting straps) with the intention of it been here later in the week..... Now 10th December and no sign of any product! Not good enough - Tropicana Fitness have delivered twice (two seperate orders) in the same time scale - sort it out!
