I tend just to purchase from Choc trading for special occasions, it seems my wife loves the choc's lots and lots.

Service has always been good and on my latest purchase I had a call in the same afternoon stating that the order had been packaged incorrectly and not to worry because a replacement was already being prepared and I should just enjoy all the itms I received.
Up front honesty is a key to customer care and I will continue to shop with these fantastic service orientated people.
