What a joke!!!!!

How hard it to delivery a parcel.
I really believe this service would be different, having no luck with ukmail and dhl. Oh Lord, your no different, even worse. It started of great. Karen Millen email me my tracking number. DPD text my when time and day it would be delivered, on the 10 dec between 17.20-18.20. so i stay home all day, checking the online tracking system. only for them to record that we attempted to deliver at 18.18. Complete lies, i've tried calling them no answer and now they are closed. Rage!!!!!

Just bring me by parcel, first time tomorrow. Aint nobody got time for this.

Hi Emma,

I'm really sorry to hear that your parcel was delayed.

Our systems show that the parcel delivery was attempted to an address with a glass front door, but that there was no answer.

I see the parcel was delivered the following day - was everything okay when we visited?
