Terrible!!

This company is terrible. DO NOT ORDER with them. I ordered 4 items from them, first of all their website kept crashing and did not tell me a confirmation that my payment went through. Did not even get a confirmation email. I then got an email to say my order was being dispatched. I received only 3 of the 4 items, yet I have been charged for all 4. I have had no correspondence from them as to why. I have emailed them last week and still had nothing back from them. I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank against them. Plus the items that did arrive are totally not what they looked like or what they were described like on the website. Such poor quality. I will never be ordering anything from them again!!!
