My experience so far hasnt been good. I placed my order 11 days ago, the took the money but still havent indicated how long my order will take. I tried to ring the number but its just an answering machine and i have emailed them twice but recieved nothing back. Im more annoyed at the fact my 10 year old son has used his own money to pay for the gifts for his sisters, and the fact they are advertising garenteed christmas deliever if you order before the 12th december.
However since i origionally posted this reveiw i have recieved email confirmation that the compant where having techinical difficulties with their emails and that they have recieved an overload of orders so i am amending this review. They have assured me i will recieve them tomorrow so this i am pleased with. I will use the company again but i think ill order a little bit further in advance. being new to online shopping i was unsure of a feew things but since the comapny have solved their emails out the service has be excellent and the fact i will recieve my goods in time for christmas makes me a very happy mum. Thank you giftarama for you excellent customer service today. Im looking forward to recieving the product tomorrow.
Recieved my product 13/12/12 excellent quality, will use the company again just give myself a little more time for the delivery.
