Rolling Stones at last minute

I decided to buy tickets at 5pm the night before the concert. They were described as electronic tickets so I assumed they would come straight away. I had a little panic when the automated system said they had to contact the seller and he had one working day to respond as I live in Cornwall and would need to leave first thing. I phoned Viagogo who were very reassuring that they would get it sorted and they did and concert was fantastic. Maybe there needs to be more info for people buying at last minute to minimise anxiety. But overall a great service.
