so dissapointed with this website!

this is regarding my recent booking .Your site did not accept my initial card for some reason so I used another one and I was charged amounts in my credit card for the denial of the first card. There are 3 amounts that appeared in my credit card that was not mentioned at all in your website as additional charges. This website is misleading.

Dear Ms Santiago - the 3 charges that you can see on your statement relate to the airfare which was taken directly by the airline and will show on your statement as a debit by them, the ebookers service fee which will show as a debit from ebookers and a £2.00 pre authorisation.

The £2.00 pre authorisation is not physically transacted, will only appear on your online statement and will expire within 24-48 hours.

The total amount debited equals the amount quoted to you and you have not been charged anything over and above this.
