I had to return an item (boxing gloves) that I had ordered as they were faulty - the gloves were different sizes to eachother. This was to the extent that I couldn't get my hand inside one but the other glove fitted comfortably. I am familiar with boxing gloves and know how they should fit. I paid to return the item using special delivery. I was infomed that if the item was faulty, the postage costs that I incurred would be refunded. However on receipt of the item the company stated the item was not faulty. I believe this was done to avoid reimbursing me for the postage costs. Both myself and two friends tried on the gloves and we all confirmed they were different sizes so this isn't a case of one of my hands being larger than the other! However on receipt of the item, Peak Nutrition staff stated the gloves were the same size (which wasn't true).

On return of the item we issued a full refund of the purchase price including the original postage cost.
We would automatically refund returns costs where there is a fault with the product, but where there is no fault and an exchange is not accepted, we do reserve the right not to refund returns costs where a customer changes their mind.
