We placed an order on wineware.co.uk from Australia, for delivery to friends in the UK. As this was a gift we didn't want an invoice included in the package. Wineware staff promptly responded to my email requesting this change, as well as confirming some details I'd requested about the items. The items were delivered promptly and our friends were very pleased with the product.
