Wow what an awful service - i ordered something from Game on Thursday 6th December as a birthday present, I selected next day delivery - the next day i received a text from DPD saying they would deliver between 14:14-15:14 - immediately my heart sank as i knew the chance of me getting my parcel was slim to zero as i had the same situation when DPD delivered an ASOS product before.
Sure enough the time slot came and went despite me leaving work early to ensure i was in for the delivery, No attempted delivery, no calling card, no left with neighbours. The worse bit... i wasnt even suprised.
Now 5 emails to DPD and 4 emails to GAME Later i am still none the wiser as to where my parcel is. the senders reference doesnt work on DPDs website so i cannot use the tracking option, I only had one generic email back from DPD customer services asking me for infomation i had already given them! and again asking for a calling card reference which i have already said i dont have as no one bothered to deliver anything!!!
I have sent another email to GAME informing them that they are naive to use such an appalling courier company.
DPD - I want to know where this parcel is and when you plan on getting it to me?
I had to repurchase the product anyway from another retailer as you missed the date - i need the product from you now so i can return it back to GAME - something im sure they wont be thrilled about.
