Ebookers

Difficult to say other than awful but maybe genuine mistake - hope so?

On arrival at the Hiso Hotel Pattaya at approx 2.0pm they refused to accept the booking voucher and stated we had no booking - after discussion and at approx 5.opm we were given a basic room on the understanding I pay 1,700 Baht for the privilege. Little choice so they also demanded another 1,000 Baht as key money. They stated on check out if the room payment was received from Ebookers then my monies would be refunded - this did not happen they say so no refund so I must hope Ebookers will refund my payment to them asap - let me know at the earliest - thank you -- edward_grant@yahoo.co.uk
