This company has a very informative website. The whole purchasing experience was very easy and the product was delivered next day.

I encountered some difficulties with the product and the technical support was very good. However, when it became apparent that the product was faulty I was left to engage directly with the manufacturer. In the end a refund was arranged and I did repurchase from Networkwebcams. But it has taken nearly two months to sort out.

Having experienced these difficulties I was surprised to see the company offering a 5% discount to returning customers merely for completing an online survey.
