Have ordered a substantial amount online. Items being delivered in dribs and drabs which is a bit of a nuisance as they all have to be signed for..
1. Jumper received yesterday - not in polythene bag and not folder as a new jumper - very suspicious. Returned to store - not bothered and not interested in my complaint
2. Shoes delivered separately yesterday - marked. Returned to store and asked if I could order replacement. Told I had to do it myself or try another store 60 miles away (because they didn't stock them). Not interested in my complaint
3. 4 days after ordering, email has just come through saying that order cannot be fulfilled! Why not given that the items were available when I placed the order? Where can we complain without these costly phonecalls??? Shame on you Debenhams.
