Superb service, excellent prices

Not only do they have the best prices on the net, but, based upon my experience when they say something is in stock it is and it is delivered promptly.

The only delay we had was in respect of an order for 60 glasses which they contacted us to ask if they could delay delivery by one day to allow time to individually wrap each glass to protect them to ensure they arrived without damage!! Our other order for a Riedel decanter was delivered promptly while others, including Riedel were quoting a 4 week delivery time.
