belinda: hi there Daniel, i have 4 packages booked with Hermes but the courier always arrives pre 9am (before shop open) and therefore packages are taking longer to get to destination and I have just spoken to her and asked if she can make it later but she cant - therefore can i now amend todays 4 to be dropped off at the shop (and i will now use the shop drop off for all others rather than a courier)
Daniel: Do you have your order reference number to hand? It will begin with P2G and be followed by 7 or 8 digits. For example, P2G1234567. It can be found on the confirmation e-mail.
belinda: P2G 11164843/4/5/6

Daniel: Are you looking to change this to Hermes drop off?
belinda: YES X as courier cannot get to us in time
belinda: also i have P2G-11074279 - never dropped off as order cancelled so can this be creditted to my prepay
belinda: hi problem is i have the orders at my inlaws shop so she is always there but she is incredibly deaf and unless the door is knocked hard she does not hear and this happened again this morning - she is okay after 9am as her workers are there
Daniel: I have now re-booked your collection and e-mailed your new documentation over to you. If you could remove the old label and apply the new one that would be much appreciated.

belinda: it is HIghfield - we use daily as have 4 or 5 to drop off today,

Daniel: I have now cancelled this on our system for you. Whilst I have also requested a cancellation with the courier, I must advise that there is a possibility that the collection may still be attempted by the driver should the courier not receive the request in time. Should this be the case, you must refuse collection in order to avoid having your refund rejected.
Daniel: I have requested a refund back to your prepay account. The funds shall be transferred within the next 24 hours.
