Professionalism unquestioned but needs to improve business model

The professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness of the Regus front of house staff in the West End centres I have used is excellent.
What I don't get about Regus is why, in this day and age, I can't book a room by the hour or half day, although i think they may just have introduced a half day option.
My clients book me by the hour and I use an online booking system that facilitates that. Hourly/half day bookings may also mean that more space is available as there have been a few occasions where I have not been able to book a room at all in a centre that is convenient for myself and my clients, thus not enabling me to fully use my contract terms. In other words I'm paying for something I can't use!!
Implementing hourly/half day bookings would be a great improvement.

Meeting rooms can be reserved by the hour and we also offer competitive day and half day packages. Alternatively day offices are available, however are reserved by the full day, should there be a demand for more flexibility within our day office product, then this shall be reviewed accordingly.
