The professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness of the Regus front of house staff in the West End centres I have used is excellent.
What I don't get about Regus is why, in this day and age, I can't book a room by the hour or half day, although i think they may just have introduced a half day option.
My clients book me by the hour and I use an online booking system that facilitates that. Hourly/half day bookings may also mean that more space is available as there have been a few occasions where I have not been able to book a room at all in a centre that is convenient for myself and my clients, thus not enabling me to fully use my contract terms. In other words I'm paying for something I can't use!!
Implementing hourly/half day bookings would be a great improvement.
