I'd ordered a camera as a birthday present. I was aware of the possible lengthy delivery time (up to 15 working days), but as things got towards the end of that time I got a little edgy.
The folks at MyDigitaland responded swiftly to my emails, and kept me in the loop with what was happening.
In the end they weren't going to be able to deliver in time - but they agreed to cancel my order and refunded me immediately meaning that I still had time to order the camera somewhere else (although not as cheaply!).
I'd be more than happy to use them again!
