Having previously had a bad experience ordering lenses on line with another company I had my reservations.
I started to order my lenses when my computer crashed. Within half hour someone from customer services called and talked my order through with me on the phone. She was very helpful and put me straight at ease. As my lenses have to be especially made i was told i may have to wait a wk from placing the order to receiving them which didn't seem too unreasonable to me. However my expectations were exceeded when after placing the order on wed i received them sat! Excellent service and will be buying my lenses again from them. Highly recommened.
