I ordered a guitar case for a Christmas present. I received an e mail saying out of stock but eta early December. I phoned customer services to see if they could be any more specific. Really helpful man who said he was actually managing order and explained they were waiting for their supplier to confirm date. Told me he would contact me if order not going to be in reasonable time for Christmas. Item received three days later. On the negative side the delivery company sent me a text saying they would be delivering it the next day (Thursday) and if I wanted to change the day then to text back a certain number. I did this and I received a text to say delivery changed to Friday. Then on Thursday I received a text to say item being delivered that day between 11 and 12. I was actually going to be in at that time and the item was delivered at 11 but the delivery man told me someone had already signed for it because he had taken it to the wrong address. Confusing, yes but luck was with me and I got the item.
