I have ordered from misguided before for numerous night out outfits (for the next day! when its dawned on me I have nothing to wear) next delivery came very promptly in the morning so I can try it on and even have time to decide whether it works or not. BUT now it seems they are making a habit of taking out the money multiple times and of course they have no contact number!! they have literally just notified me that my item was being dispatched eventhough i recieved it yesterday? Bemused I check my bank and they had infact taken two sets of payment.. Im sorry but knowing they have this problem common sense would be to mention you've ordered the same garments multiple times? what am i going to do with two matching outfits!? either i get my refund or one of my friends is getting very lucky this christmas.. Very disappointed as I was praising them before!! Lets see if I get a reply!
