I got a quote on the website for a TNT consignment that was marked "collection today if you book within 1 hour"... I did this within the hour (just) and when the booking was completed I noticed it was marked for collection tomorrow. I found my way through the help menus to access the live chat and Emily took my call. I said what the problem was and within 30 seconds she had rebooked the collection for today and sent me new documentation. That is impressive.
