Ridiculous!!!

I made an order from amazon yesterday for our holiday(flying out tomorrow!). I paid for next day delivery (today)...got an email and text message this morning to say it will be delivered between 11.46-12.46, I thought great!!! Time came and I got nothing! Been online and on the phone automated system to track the parcel, both say it was delivered and signed for at 12.04 by someone with our surname! But it's lies! I have been in all day, and no one has been here to get me to sign for anything. Checked with neighbours and they've had nothing! Am disgusted that at some point, someone has signed for my parcel, clearly forged! And dpd has let this happen!!! Where is my stuff??!! And who has signed in our name pretty much illegally???
