very poor service

i ordered an ozark resonator guitar and was sent an email to let me no it would be delivered on tuesday 4 December 2012 . Great looking forward to that !!so i waited in all day no phone call from them at all GUESS WHAT ? yes it didnt arrive so i phoned customer support and was told it had not even been dispatched yet , { nice one djm music} so i cancelled the order i was not going to waist anymore of my time on waiting for something that may or may not turn up.
When i asked them when i would have my money back into my account they told me a couple of days or so. if i had have said send me my purchase and i will pay you in a couple of days or so I DONT THINK SO IS THE ANSWER TO THAT ONE !!! well its now tuesday 11 december and still no sign of my money i did speak to someone on the monday but excuses after excuses
I am a proffesional musician and i will Never touch this company with a barge pole again
ps please can i have my hard earned money back
