Very prompt service but looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered on line
The service was fine. But the flowers were not the ones shown on the website. On top of this the flowers weren't of the best quality and many of the buds and leaves had fallen off in transit. A very below par service considering the price paid.

Whilst we allow our florists to make minor changes to our orders, we insist that any changes remain within the style and colour scheme of the arrangements chosen by our customers. Essentially, the flowers delivered should closely resemble the images we display on our website.
