I didn't mind waiting for the product, but sadly it is faulty and as you dont hold stock i am now stuck with a faulty lamp and another long wait for a replacement. The £25 voucher as a sorry is nice but that means i need to buy more things to use it when actually some money back off my purchase would have been a better apology.
