Charged me twice, struggling to get my money back

I have read the other reviews about unhelpful staff. This has not been the case with me. However nice they are though, I am still waiting for them to return my money (they charged me twice [800 pounds each time], strangely it was two slightly different amounts). I will one day see my money I am guessing, but I will need the bank to follow their archaic and slow rules.

Opodo have given me mixed reasons and asked for bank statements twice for me to prove THEY have taken the money out. I would laugh if it was not so worrying and irritating. Can they take more money out without me giving permission ????

In this day and time, it seems it is easy for people to take your money but extremely hard (and very slow) to try and get your money back. Time we all told banks where to go and start paying in cash.
