I ordered this trophy with engraving. It arrived on Monday within expected time which was good, until, I opened it then found that there was no engraved plate on it. Phoned up yesterday & was told that the fully engraved plate would be sent out yesterday to arrive with us tomorrow (as in today).
However, today the plate did arrive but it is not the correct size for the trophy, to my exasperation. Rang up again & was told that the correct one will be with me tomorrow.
I am somewhat in trepidation anticipating whether this is going to be correct this time or not. To be fair this is the first time during the years I have used yourselves which I have had a difficulty with which I can accept can happen due to human error, but to happen twice surely is not human error, or is it?
